Good but Intense Lighting

Little Big Town was an amazing group to see in person. As for the group and sound the concert was really good. However each song they also had intense lighting, with some even being strobe lighting. Usually they do not affect me or my fiancé at other concerts, but due to the stage being lower from the seating and our placement on the hill, the lights caused me intense headaches and vision loss as well as my fiancé to almost experience a seizure. Just a heads up for others with photosensitivity issues in attendance of the concert. Everything besides the lights at the concert was amazing, parking was easy, and the staff were all super nice and organized.

Great

The concert was fantastic except for the 12 young women in front section who insisted on standing almost the entire concert which made the rest of the on to also stand. The two sections to the right of us were all sitting. A high percentage of our section were much older and this made it hard for us to stand that long to what the concert. These women were also quite tall ma even harder to see. After the concert leaving the area was again a mass chaos with cars facing every direction possible. It took over an hour to drive out of the parking area. There surely needs to be some type of rope dividers placed in the parking area and then have helpers direct the closer section to leave and then the next. etc. The way it is now is worthless!! I really have second thoughts about attending another concert because of the parking nightmare!!

Unexpected Surprise

This is the only concert we have ever left early. We really feel that LBT did not perform like a top-notch caliber band should have. We felt there was no snap, no sharpness, no excitement or enthusiasm in the bands performance. They identified they had spent the day at the local waterpark, and it is just possible they were actually extremely tired after that venture. I know when we do water parks we are extremely tired. In addition, we didn't think the music was mixed right. We sat in the center of the amphitheater just a couple rows down from the main isle and the music just wasn't right. Actually, as we were walking back to our car, we thought the music sounded better than when we were in our seats.

Truly great concert. I loved it being in the concert hall. It made it seem so much more personal and intimate. Of course it was extra special that Jim’s mother and family was there. Was so personal to see a little glimpse into their true personal lives and see Jim & Karen get a little emotional and raw about their family ties. And to see how much they care and love each other was so touching. I have photos of them looking so happy together. And one of Kimberly and Phillip sharing a sweet moment. I’ve wanted to see them live for maybe 15 years and it never worked out with varying scheduling conflicts. Now, I can’t wait to see them again!
